Day 1: Wednesday November 9
We depart San Francisco International for Tel Aviv, Israel.
Day 2: Thursday November 10
On arrival we are met and assisted by ouruyer guide. Oour coach is waiting and we are
transferred to our hotel in Tel Aviv for an Israeli dinner and a good nights rest.
Day 3: Friday, November 11
After a full Israeli breakfast, we travel along the Mediterranean coast to the ruins of Caesarea where Paul was imprisoned before being sent to Rome. Toward Haifa, we see the magnificent panoramic view from Mount Carmel toward the Valley of Armageddon, the location of Elijah's altar where he slew the prophets of Baal. We’ll tour the excavation of Tel Megiddo which is 30civilizations deep going all the way back to the Canaanites. Then we travel to Jesus’ boyhood home of Nazareth before continuing to Tiberias.
Day 4: Saturday, November 10
We'll take an unforgettable boat ride on the sea of Galilee, then visit the Mount of Beatitudes,
See Taghba where Jesus fed 5000 and Capernaum the city of Jesus and Peter's house. Cross
the Jordan to the land of the Gadarenes. Visit Caesarea Phillipi, where Peter confessed Christ.
Then to the Jordan River where you can be baptized by Pastor David if you wish.
Day 5: Sunday November 11
We visit Gideon Springs where Gideon chose 300 men. We continue to the ruins of Beth Sheanwhere Saul and his sons were hung after their defeat at Gilboa. We drive the Jordan Valleyand ascend the Judean Hills near Jericho for a Bedouin lunch in “Abraham’s tent.” Arriving inJerusalem we check into our hotel and travel to nearby Bethlehem, and to the site of Jesus’birth.•
Day 6: Monday November 12
We drive to the Mount of Olives for an outstanding view of the city and surrounding area. Wecontinue to the stations of the Via Dolorosa, vVisit the Chapel of the Ascension, Garden ofGethsemane, the Church of All Nations and the Old City. We proceed to the temple area andthe Davidson Center for a virtual walk through the temple as it was at the time of Jesus.Afterwards we see the Dome of the Rock, the Western Wall, the Pool of Bethesda and muchmore. We continue to the stations of the Via Dolorosa, Mt. Zion, The City of David, KingDavid’s tomb and the Room of the Last Supper.
Day 7: Tuesday November 13
Today we tour the Garden of Gethsemane for a special communion service, then we proceed to The City of David to see King David’s tomb and the Room of the Last Supper, Hezekiah’s Tunnel, the Herodian Tunnel, the House of Caiaphas, and an unforgettable experience in the Upper Room atop Mt. Zion where the Last Supper took place.
Day 8: Wednesday November 14
We’ll leave Jerusalem for the Dead Sea and Masada. We’ll ascend to Masada by cable car tovisit this all inspiring historical site. Then drive to I'm giddy working Ein Gedi where Davidfound shelter from the rage of Saul. After we eEnjoy a short swim in the Dead Sea and we willvisit ancient Qumran, make a scenic stop near Gilgal for prayer and teaching, then returned toJerusalem via the Judean Wilderness.▪ Day 8: Wednesday November 14This morning, we proceed via the Hebrew University and the Knesset to visit Yad Vashem, theholocaust memorial. Visit the Shrine of the Book where the Dead Sea Scroll collection isexhibited and where the amazing model of ancient Jerusalem is displayed. Later in theafternoon we visited the garden tomb of Jesus followed by an orientation beside Calvarywhere Jesu was crucified and have a special communion service. We then travel toward BenGurion Airport and stop in old seaport of Jaffa for dinner. Jaffa was the home of Simon theTanner and where Jonah set sail for his encounter with the big fish.▪
Day 9: Thursday November 15This morning, we proceed via the Hebrew University and the Knesset to visit Yad Vashem, the holocaust memorial. Visit the Shrine of the Book where the Dead Sea Scroll collection is exhibited and where the amazing model of ancient Jerusalem is displayed. We visit the old seaport of Jaffa, the home of Simon the Tanner and where Jonah set sail for his encounter with the big fish. Returning to our hotel, we celebrate our experience with a closing banquet and testimonies.▪
Day 10: Friday November 16It’s been an amazing tour! We’ve seen things we’ll never forget. We’ll enjoy our transatlantic flight together and arrive home the same date.
