Your passport must be valid for six months beyond the return date of your trip. If not, the airlines will not let you fly. If you do not have a valid passport whose expiration date ends more than six months after the date of your tour, you must apply for one immediately. Passports may be obtained at many post offices.
Please note that the airlines or countries you are to visit may also require a copy of your vaccination record.
Children being children, it is not advisable to bring young ones on group tours. As precious as they are, they are sometimes worrisome to other travelers and it is doubtful whether the children will absorb the full meaning of the experience. The cost of bringing a child is the same as for an adult.
Because we buy group space, it is not possible to upgrade from that space to business or first class.
To fly upgraded or using mileage is possible, but you would have to buy your own ticket directly from an airline to and from your tour destination.
ISSUES
But, It can be problematic and result in unintended consequences.
Group transfers are included in the airline portion of our prices. If you purchase your own upgraded airline tickets or use mileage you will then be responsible for your own transfers from your arrival airport to your first hotel and from your last hotel to your return airport. If you arrive on the same flight as the main group or a bit of time before (and you can wait) you are fine to join the group's arrival transfer. If your return schedule coincides with the group departure you can also join the group transfer.
CAUTIONARY NOTE: Airlines sometimes are delayed or they change schedules even after you have secured your individual airline tickets. This is particularly true if flying on a different airline flight from the main group. If you arrive or leave separately from the main group or schedules change, you will still be responsible for your own transfers.
(If buying you own airfare or using mileage, you would buy just the LAND ONLY portion of the tour from us.)
